Near the beach and nice amd helpfull personal speaking english.
Cold lobby. Breakfast had few options regarding ham, cheese, fruit and vegetable. Too much cookies instead.

The hotel is falling apart. The pool is closed for renovation amd we were never informed by the hotel neither by booking.com. Our room 203 has a leakage from the ceiling and many times i have reported to the staff and nothing is done. On our first day the housekeeper only cleaned our room late evening because we had to complain about it. When we left the room in the morning, we placed the sign please clean rhe room. Then we saw the housekeeper and told her that our room was ready for cleaning. We were in a group if six people and we asked if they would find us a large people carrier, the staff member called a taxi that he said the hotel uses him a lot. The taxi driver noticed we spoke english and took the longest route ee could find to increase the price of the ride in the meter. We paid three times more that if we have ordered teo separate Ubers.

Location is great. The staff is helpful.
Most rooms are not only outdated, but in miserable conditions. It seems to be a private property, just managed by the hotel, not really a hotel. Seems rooms are owned by multiple owners, like a pool share place. So you have to be lucky to get a decent room. Air conditioning is a problem.

Good location, big rooms, amazing City.
A lot of things. First of all, the only pool in the hotel was closed and nobody told us (or other guests) beforehand. The breakfast was not good and did not want to improve. The reception staff was not helpful and they want to charge us more for not using one room - absurd. We are, btw, still trying to get some of the money back, since we freed one of the rooms (we had three booked) in the middle of the vacation

The view, the very spacious room, comfortable beds.
The toilet stop working, and maintenance took too long to get up to the room and fix it. They only enter the room if we are in the room, the problem was that it took too long for them to go up and we decided to tour the city instead of waiting any longer. There where no internet connect in the room, the TV always froze and lost connection due to the bad/ none existing wifi conection. other than that, was fine.

Beach is nice, but security around is not for amateurs . Staff helps.
Pool was closed . Bad Wifi on room terrible, staff was good to try to fix it. A/C was ok. Room is old needs upgrade. Beach is nice, but security around is not for amateurs . Staff tries its best to compensate the fact that the infrastructure needs improvement.

Good location, ok room, nice view from the room.
We stayed 5 days and the bottle of shampoo and conditioner were soo small and never replaced even when they cleaned the room, the wifi was almost non functional the entire time. They should have at least glasses in the little kitchen area.
