Rooms were clean and quiet, hotel was in perfect location to walk and explore Rio. Enjoyed the view from the rooftop for breakfast. Staff were helpful and attentive.
I checked in late and asked where was the best spot to grab a drink with a view and staff told me to get a drink at the rooftop. Once I arrived, it was closed (?) for a private travel industry event. I didn't realize it was closed until someone asked me why I was up there and if I was with a certain company - ended up leaving w/o a drink or enjoying the view. Staff should not recommend this as an option when they know it has an event occuring.

The location is prime and the room is new Breakfast is delicious and very well served
The towels in the bathroom were not automatically changed every day that annoyed me a lot! I also ordered a drink in the room and the used glass was not taken away the following day that also annoyed me a lot The check-in process could have been a little faster and out automatized we are in the year 2025! The rooftop swimming pool looked 10,000 times better and prettier in the pictures than in real life

Breakfast at 13 floor is absolute winner. Punch well above the hotel class.
In block A rooms are small but OK. In block B, the corridor was dirty and full of stains and stench.

Fabulous location right on the edge of Cococabana beach. Lovely bright airy rooms, we had a deluxe sea view room which was fabulous. The VIP breakfast on the roof top restaurant we were given as part of our room package was a lovely added and unexpected treat.
Pool was very small and only got the sun first thing in the morning.
