The rooftop is nice and the food is good.
I booked the deluxe double room with a partial ocean view. When I checked in they didnt seem to care which room I booked and put me in a smaller room next to the elevator with a view of a building facing the back of the hotel. They said they didnt have any of the rooms that I booked and didnt offer a refund on the room rate. I later went back to the lobby and spoke with someone else who was much nicer and showed her the room I booked and she immediately switched me to the bigger ocean view room. This hotel is very overpriced and not what you would expect for a 4-star hotel. For the price I paid $ 250 USD per night, there are plenty of nicer and better hotels in the area. The beds are very hard and the pillows suck. Im not one to write a review but this place made me feel like I had to write one. I definitely wouldnt stay here again.

The location is great and so is the staff. I had a problem with the food at the Bar, the Responsible did not pay attention, but the Hotel Staff did. I recommend Novotel Leme.

Location was fabulous Breakfast was delicious The rooftop deck and pool were lovely
View from the bedroom was dismal. Behind an apartment building that blocked the view of Leme Beach. (Cant help that of course) but over $200 for that was disappointing.

Staff, location and facilities were good.
Our room had many problems. Air conditioning leaked over the kids bed, then air conditioning controls didnt work. Bathroom door handle fell off, shower handle fell off, toilet was blocked, key cards hardly worked on door or lifts which was frustrating. Problems were fixed quickly but more standard room maintenance is needed.

Location was good
Staff not very friendly, the cleaning was very poor and kept to a poor standard, room not cleaned on 2 of the 5 days for not reason. There was bug all over the bathroom, air conditioning was mouldy! Breakfast was a struggle to get a seats and was given seats on bar facing a wall.
