Wi-fi worked well, check in was smooth, early check in available.
Very dirty upon arrival. Hair on the sheets, garbage bin in the room was full, mouldy and dirty bathroom (we had the room w/ private bathroom) with bugs flying around, towels smelled weird. Shower barely worked (no hot water and extremely low water pressure). Shared kitchen was filthy and smelled bad. Bedroom window had a view of the kitchen and couldn't be closed properly so that the smells and sounds traveled easily to our room. Uncomfortable bed and terrible quality standards all around. We were supposed to be there for 3 nights but stayed only the first night (due to difficulties finding another place last minute), after that we moved to a hotel nearby. We have not received any refund as of yet, so we basically paid double but it was simply impossible to stay at this place. Have traveled quite a bit and can easily say I've never been to such a dirty and uncomfortable place.

It was quite, very clean, just few minutes of walk from the copacabana beach and a metro. Federico, the administrator, was very helpful; he arranges everything for his guests. In whole, my staying was very pleasant.
