Only good thing was the breakfast.
Room was small, fungus in the bathroom, terrible smell, airconditioning leaking. When I mentioned this, they told me to open a window. The window looked out on a staircase. They told me all was booked but it seemed they just could not be bothered. A week before I wanted to change my booking from 2 to 1 nights and contacted them through booking. They told me to change it on booking. I did this and the denied my request.

Before going there wrote from booking that would come at 03:00-04:00.
Hotel answered me if there is a room available it would accomodate me earlier.But they almost charged me 1 day more .I had no options but to pay since I did not have any option. Person in the reception very rude .very rude

I liked that the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe inside the room. The bathroom and room were pristine clean.
The quality of the sheets, and one of the walls was kind of dirty (was a pity because the rest wasn't)

Wonderful
clean, good breakfast, room cleaned on demand. 5 minutes walk to supermarket with atm, 10 minutes to metro. Santana Hotel suited my needs perfectly.

Location
The rooms are super small, closet sized. The beds dont have fitted sheets, just a normal sheet over the mattress, so it moves as you lay on it leaving you to sleep on the mattress. I found half an egg shell in the breakfasts eggs.

Cheap and acceptable hotel. Really good location (shop near by open till late, 5 min walk to metro station). Really good breakfast (good selection and food quality), always hot water in the shower, working air-con. Phenomenal staff, always helpful and smiling, despite limited english.
Cockroaches spotted in the room, bed was absolutely terrible - moving around the room, only one pancake-flat pillow, you wake up without dressing as they use double size sheet for single bed. Really loud street waking u up during night when trash are collected.

Pleasant
The breakfast was excellent and started early. There was also hot water in the shower. The location was walking distance to bus lines and some points of interest. it was quiet to sleep
Room was extremely small for two people. Bathroom door didnt close (217). Bed was small for 2 people.
