My stay at this hotel in Rio de Janeiro was a very pleasant and truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I could notice the team’s dedication to providing a warm and efficient welcome. The check-in process was quick, clear, and well-organized, giving me a sense of comfort and peace right from the start. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. Every team member I interacted with showed kindness and a genuine willingness to help, always attentive to the guests’ needs. These gestures make a real difference and contribute to the feeling of being well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The room, in addition to being clean and well-organized, was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and properly climatized, which ensured good rest. The bed was comfortable, the daily housekeeping well done, and the small details reflected the hotel’s care in offering not just a functional space, but also a welcoming one. Another important aspect was the quality of the services provided in the common areas. Shared spaces were always clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This attention to the care of common areas enhances the experience beyond the room, contributing to an overall sense of well-being. Altogether, it was a very positive stay. Not only because of the structure and services, but mainly because of the way the hotel values hospitality and quality service. This combination of factors makes me recommend the hotel with confidence and keep it as a top choice for future visits to Rio de Janeiro.

The location is prime, as well as the staff!
The hotel itself isn’t really new, including elevator (very small), pool, and sun deck. I feel for the price, the quality of the food and the room should be better.

The hotel location is really great, it's unfortunate that the rooms are not well kept, please be aware that safety is not their main concern. I stayed in the first tower on the second floor and the balcony door, which was over a busy street, did not lock, which didn't make me feel safe or reassured about my belongings, especially knowing Rio's reputation. The second lock on the front door was also broken as it was fixed on a piece of wood that had started to come off. A friend who was staying on the 3rd floor of the same tower had the same problem which makes me think that all rooms on that tower have faulty balcony doors. A 3rd friend staying on the second tower had a functional door. The staff was not helpful that first night as they said they had no other rooms available and the handyman would only be able to come the next morning at 10am. He did fix it the next day but I had to be present and wasted time I could have spent visiting. While packing my bags for check out, I went out to the balcony and when I tried to relock the door behind me, it didn't work anymore. No compensation was offered... Finally, just a detail when compared to the rest, but the bed's fitted sheet didn't cover the bottom of the bed... In conclusion, this could be a good hotel if they cared to invest in it more.

Had a great experience staying here for carnival 2025. Great that the breakfast was open til 11 am for those late nights. Loved having access to fresh water and snacks in the lobby.
Only knock would be the pool (it's fine, nothing to write home about) but you're in Rio -- walk 2 blocks to the beach.

The kitchen staff is exceptionally helpful and the food is delicious.
The room was filled with mold, and the bedsheets had some hairs. I went to reception to ask for a change or something and was only dismissed. The room attendant helped me the next day.
