The bed and pillows were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean
The kitchen doesn’t work at night.. So you have a problem if you are hungry after 10 pm.
And also they sometimes miss cleaning the room. Even after you ask them, it takes a lot of time for them to do it so it creates some uncomfortable situations

Great breakfast but please offer ground black pepper as a condiment.
There was no outdoor hot tub and the water in the indoor hot tub was not hot! Also, there was no warm water at the bathroom faucet.

Good location.
Scammers! Be very careful when visiting this hotel. They try to overcharge you at any possible time. At check in we were charged double, which we noticed in time and had corrected. The restaurant tried to hide amounts on the card machine so we won’t notice the incorrect amount. When we requested a double bed the only possible solution was to pay more than double the price of the original room. This place has nothing to do with hospitality, it is a scamming machine. Not coming back, highly recommend you book somewhere else!

We loved our stay at the hotel. We had a room on the 12th floor with "Vista lateral do mar" and had a great view of the sea.
The breakfast was amazing with plenty of different kinds of fruit and freshly cooked omelettes.
The pool was good for adults and children and our granddaughter (with her parents in a different room) loved the slide.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The sandy beach is very close and there were some green flags so we could swim.
I was sent a number of messages asking me, in Portuguese, to check in online in advance. We checked in in person without problems.

Dry and wet Sauna. Whirlpool and pools. The restaurant is on site, very clean, conveniently located, excellent food, reasonable prices. I suggest ordering from the room, the food takes a while to get ready.
Overpriced sea view. Ask in which floor is your ocean view room. If below 3rd, you d better be in an ocean side view room, in a higher floor, for the same price.

We got an ocean view room with balcony and it was amazing to wake up to the ocean and waves. This hotel had it all, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, bar, pool, restaurant. Our room was big enough and water pressure in shower was amazing.
Nothing to winge about it was a great place.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods and drinks available
Room was clean with a good powerful shower
We had a front facing sea balcony but felt that it needed to be better insulated against the noise of traffic. The balcony doors were such that you opened them from inside but you had to be careful that you didn’t shut them from outside otherwise you would be stuck
There was a indicator to show if you wanted your room cleaned but as it didn’t work we had to ask everyday at reception
