My room was spacious with a beautiful view, the bed was cozy, and breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of options. The location was perfect, the pool nearby was a great bonus, and the staff was super friendly—with a few even speaking English. Highly recommend!

Bathroom is too small, aircon does not function, bedding has a bad smell, poor lighting in pathway, no glasses available and juice and water station, breakfast has no yoghurt, refilling of buffet dishes is slow

- Service (from setting up the connected rooms to the check out)

- The furniture at the room is ok but in need of renovation (20+ years?)
- The card to enter one of the rooms lost its function every time we left the room. System also needs a renovation.
- Parking is now paid to the paid guests. It could not be.

Good clean air conditioned room. Good Breakfast Swimming Pool, Gym and Sauna all good and included in rate. Free transport and ferry across lagoon to beach also included.

Helpful staff, dinner and lunch were quite nice, but expensive
Bland breakfast, little variety
The room could have been better cleaned, specially the floor. And we found quite a few roaches during nighttime, thankfully none inside the room.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money, the pool needs to be fixed as there are some tiles missing and my mother said she got a small cut at her foot from the bottom of the pool.
The shuttle services are really helpful.
