The front desk team is very professional and willing to help and solve problems. The staff from the restaurant is always available as well to help and serv. Location is very good and the leisure/sports options at the club are great. Breakfast was ok.
The room although clean and big was very old with damaged furniture and dirty fridge inside.

My room was spacious with a beautiful view, the bed was cozy, and breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of options. The location was perfect, the pool nearby was a great bonus, and the staff was super friendly—with a few even speaking English. Highly recommend!

Bathroom is too small, aircon does not function, bedding has a bad smell, poor lighting in pathway, no glasses available and juice and water station, breakfast has no yoghurt, refilling of buffet dishes is slow
