The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always doing their best to assist with any request. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. The location was decent as well.
The hotel is quite outdated and needs serious maintenance. My room was on the ground floor and felt very depressing. The shower was leaking, and there were no proper quilts provided — only a thin sheet, which was uncomfortable to sleep with.
The air conditioner was extremely cold, and for some reason I couldn’t lower the temperature, so I eventually had to switch it off completely.?
In the morning, the dining area was also freezing, with no moderate or comfortable temperature. There was also a lot of humidity on the walls in the hotel’s interior corridors, which didn’t give a good impression.
The location was okay, but overall the stay was not comfortable.

The keys for 10 times lost its magnetic lock and has to be redone over and over, the excuses for this was lame!

Everything was ok. Room was large and clean, Everything worked as expected.
The location is perfect to be close to Ipanema and Copacabana.
The personal was not as empathetic as one would expect. Nothing really important, but it didn´t make a worm experience.

Breakfast is poor. Horrible coffee and not good selection or presentation of food.
It lacks sensibility of things like different types of milk, cereal, low fat items such as yogurt, etc

I liked the breakfast, especially that they had more robust options like scrambled egg but also yoghurt and fresh fruits. Rooms were great, nice interior, bright and clean, some of them have a nice view over the city, favelas and water. I want to highlight one reception team member, Mr. Guilherme, which was really friendly and helpful.
Coffee can be better. The Wi-Fi needs to get better in the rooms (it is still possible to work). Minibar is too expensive.

The staff and location were great
Most of everything was ok but the breakfast was severely lacking in options for VEGANS (Plant-based eaters). There was absolutely no plant-based protein available. Simple things like nuts or peanut butter should be the minimum
