Disappointing
The location is very good, as is the bed, and the linen and towel service.
There are shortcomings in several aspects: information and attention for certain types of guests, cleanliness and room management (people who apparently live there, but did not have a reserved bed, came and went). There were people sleeping in the kitchen, which made it difficult to use.

By far the FRIENDLIEST staff I've ever seen at a hostel! They were very eager to help and all spoke English which seems rare in Brazil. The pool was nice and the beds were fine. The location is perfect! Copacabana beach is walkable or few minutes with uber moto.
The loud AC but tbh I could sleep through it :)

Loved the staff more than anything. Was able to connect with a lot of them, but my favorites were Hugo and Matheus! Beautiful and kind people. Would come back just for them.
The fact that is an ultra party hostel and a lot of construction noise from very early morning. The front desk would start music very loudly at 7am. I couldn’t believe it as most people are sleeping. Maybe they wanted us to wake up that early and continue the party? I booked a private room thinking it would be more peaceful, but the music was still too loud. Even with headphones I could still hear the music. Please be mindful of your guests.

The staff and the location was good
The place is a mess, filthy and ALL the beds in my room where filled with bed bugs. People complained and left immediately, but they did nothing, continued pilling people to get their vacations scrued with bites and bacteria

Great staff. Very supportive and willing to attend the needs of guests. The vibe of the place is unique, which is great to make new friends. Well located. Close to many restaurants, stores and public transport.
