The hotel is well situated not far from COPACABANA beach few hundred meters from Riosul Shopping center the front desk staff were very helpful and spoke a good English
No internet on the roof swimming pool and breakfasts could have more variety

Wonderful
Breakfast options had a wide variety, large portions, so latecomers don't miss out, and all tasted great! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean on arrival. All staff were super friendly, and easy to talk to, e.g. with them helping arranging the tour for us with ease, allowing us to drop off luggage earlier before check-in, and just ensuring all needs were met, including sorting taxis and towels for the room, and listening to all questions asked.
Remote controls for the bedroom (A/C and TV) didn't work. The pool looks larger in the pictures on websites than it actually is.

The bed was horrible. We changed rooms For the 2nd night and was similar to first one. Room had broken tiles, sink was clogged. We ended up checking out 5 nights earlier.

Perfect location, just 400 from Copacabana beach. Good breakfast. Closed Parking lot. Professional and friendly staff, speaking english. We could leave our car and luggages in the hotel before check-in and also next day after check-out. We could also take a shower even after check-out next day afternoon. They also gave us a lot of tips on sightseeing.
The window in the room should be cleaned more often, it could not be closed completely. Swimming pool is really super small - may be just for kids.

The location is great. The front desk and door staff are very helpful and friendly. The shower is great and very powerful. The pool area is nice.
The breakfast service is poor, a real let down. Every day there were lots of dirty tables sat empty and uncleared and on two days there were half the tables covered in dirty dishes with no clean tables anywhere to sit. We had to lay our own table and get our own cutlery on more than one occasion to eat our breakfast. One member of staff in the red waistcoat worked very hard, but one with glasses seemed very uninterested and lazy, watching us collect and lay clean cutlery whilst he played on his phone. The breakfast service does not represent the other staff we met who were great. Rating lowered due to this.
Air conditioning unit very old and due to being placed at low level doesn't cool the whole room. Needs upgrading.

The location is good and the workers were friendly.
For Europeans it's like a bad hostel. Very run down and dirty. Towels with holes and makeup stains, just like the bed linen. The windows are also very dirty and it is very loud directly on the street (despite earplugs).

The location is good. Breakfast is also good.
The swimming pool is quite tiny. They didn't come to clean the room in the 3 days we stayed there. The first day, they only did the beds. On the second day, they didn't do the beds and just left some shampoo. I would expect more from a 4-star hotel.
The room was a bit dirty.

Well the hotel was clean, good breakfast and nice location.
Since I work hybrid, internet connection is an issue, Not a problem by staff but my the management, they should invest to a faster internet. In this day and age it should be easy, If you work while on vacation just me mindful of the hotel's internet connection.

The location was the only good thing about this place. It is very close to the Copacabana beach. Breakfast was also decent and the stuff in the breakfast room was friendly.
Almost everything. We had to change room 3 times because the first one had a broken window and we found human hair on the bed. The second one they gave us was still dirty and loud because of the electrical appliances. The third one was ok but still dirty and old! It was winter so, you would expect to have hot water in the room... half of the times in which we took a shower, no hot water at all. The WIFI sucks, really bad service. Overall, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed..dunno why booking still has it among its properties.
