Wonderful
This hotel offers great value for money in a fantastic location between Copacabana and Ipanema.
The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast. The staff were helpful and we were able to check in before the normal time. It was a pleasant surprise.

The person who checked me in later in the evening was really nice. I had a 1 week stay split into two reservations. When I had to check out of my first room they let me move right into my second room earlier than check in time, which I really appreciated. Super convenient to the beaches and you can find whatever you need between Copacabana and Ipanema. Breakfast was a good value for being included and the hours served were accommodating. Shower water pressure was 10/10. Comfortable bed.

best location ever. close to the action of Copacabana, Aporador, and Ipanema without being right on the beach. roof was really nice, cool view of the city and the water. breakfast went until 10:30 am which was really nice.
some front desk people were nice and others were just doing their job. no restaurant other than breakfast and no laundry but plenty of options close for both.

Very good location, almost just across the street to the picturesque Pedra do Arpoador view point. A lot of restaurants are around the corner, as well as grocery stores. Many bus stops are nearby for those who want to experience the city's public transits. Room is clean and size is adequate. Breakfast is good. The staff are nice. The rooftop view is wonderful. Wifi works fine.
Sound proof can be improved.

The location is exceptional as you are exactly in the middle of copacaba and Ipanema.
The breakfast could be improved. The hotel doesn’t restock some breakfast items, so food runs out as time goes by. You have to go early in the morning to have a better option.

I had a spacious room with a great view. The breakfast was great. The staff are fantastic, from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff to -- especially the security officer at the front desk, who helped me tremendously with a lost phone.
The bed linens were lower quality than other hotels. There is no clear information about how to get the pool -- I didn't even know there was one until the last day of my stay! There is no information on the phone or beside it about what numbers to call for the front desk, housekeeping, or an outside line (although people don't really need that these days), but the other two are necessary. It doesn't require the expense of putting something on the phones. A small laminated card next to he phone would do it -- or the front desk give that (plus directions to the pool) at check-in.

Location is a nice area between Copacabana and Ipanema. It's safe and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Spacious room. Decent breakfast.

The location is excellent and the room was big. The rooftop pool is very small, but clean and lovely.
The Wifi did not work in our room and hotel staff were unhelpful when we complained. We had to work from a little table at the hotel lobby (right at the entrance). No compensation was offered whatsoever, and no offer to help fix the issue. The breakfast was also very disappointing, my partner has diabetes and there wasn’t a single option suitable to them (even the natural yoghurt had sugar). Coffee was undrinkable, which is a pity considering Brazil has access to excellent coffee.
