Lovely location close to restaurants and a quiet area. Bed was great. Clean bathroom and great shower. Close to the airport. Pool is small but good for cool off dip.

The property is very well located and has everything you need for a holiday, breakfast was good and had a lovely variety of food, I missed a little bit more fruits options, but that’s a personal preference. The staff is very friendly, Silvio at the reception was always welcoming and helpful. The fact that we were there in the busiest time of the year everything was spot on.
The pool area could be opened till later, the area is so lovely. Again just an observation.

Location, location, location.
There were many issues during my stay. The hotel was fully booked, yet only one elevator was working. I suffered food poisoning that required a hospital visit, forcing me to cancel my flight in the morning and planned sightseeing. I requested a four-hour extension to my stay, which was denied unless I paid a full extra day. I counteroffered half the daily rate, but that was also declined. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was clogged. Overall, the experience was extremely stressful.

The location is excellent, situated between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. The rooms are clean and well organized. Breakfast is good, though fairly simple, with a limited variety of options.
The staff can be quite rude, and the in-room bathrooms are very small.

Our standard room was very large, almost a suite, and felt modern and clean. The included breakfast was truly impressive. The location works extremely well: Ipanema and Copacabana beaches are both just five minutes walk away, and the immediate surroundings feel middle-class and nice, with an appealing local bar-restaurant on the corner and a supermarket just a block away. We could easily walk to the Fairmont’s rooftop bar for spectacular evening cocktails with a view, but pay quarter the price for a nice room here.
The drain did smell a little: we bought some room spray at the pharmacy around the corner.

This hotel offers great value for money in a fantastic location between Copacabana and Ipanema.
The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast. The staff were helpful and we were able to check in before the normal time. It was a pleasant surprise.

The person who checked me in later in the evening was really nice. I had a 1 week stay split into two reservations. When I had to check out of my first room they let me move right into my second room earlier than check in time, which I really appreciated. Super convenient to the beaches and you can find whatever you need between Copacabana and Ipanema. Breakfast was a good value for being included and the hours served were accommodating. Shower water pressure was 10/10. Comfortable bed.

best location ever. close to the action of Copacabana, Aporador, and Ipanema without being right on the beach. roof was really nice, cool view of the city and the water. breakfast went until 10:30 am which was really nice.
some front desk people were nice and others were just doing their job. no restaurant other than breakfast and no laundry but plenty of options close for both.

Very good location, almost just across the street to the picturesque Pedra do Arpoador view point. A lot of restaurants are around the corner, as well as grocery stores. Many bus stops are nearby for those who want to experience the city's public transits. Room is clean and size is adequate. Breakfast is good. The staff are nice. The rooftop view is wonderful. Wifi works fine.
Sound proof can be improved.

The location is exceptional as you are exactly in the middle of copacaba and Ipanema.
The breakfast could be improved. The hotel doesn’t restock some breakfast items, so food runs out as time goes by. You have to go early in the morning to have a better option.
