The location is great.
This is a 3 star by European standards. For 180€ per night I didnt find it value for money. Also booking indicated that I was upgraded to a better room. Apart from the view and a good bed there was nothing great about my room. Reminded me of a miserable ibis hotel..

Wonderful
The room was excellent. The view was wonderful. The personal was always very kind and helpful for every request we made. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect to be close to Copacabana and, at the same time, in a more quiet and genuine local atmosphere.
The breakfast lacked a couple of details just like spreadable cheese, the fruit was not really tasteful, and the place for the breakfast was a bit overcrowded.

Everything was perfect, very clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. The location is great - beautiful and safe area next to the ocean, it was amazing. And the view from the rooftop is stunning. Swimming pool is small but it was enough. Breakfast was so delicious and they offered a wide range of choices. Generally - very high recommendation.

Great location, super friendly staff fluent in Spanish and English as well and amazing views
Breakfast options are limited and the time window is until 10 am, so you have to be minded about this

Location and installations are good.

Great Leme location, friendly staff. Rooftop staff in particular are exceptional.
Mosquitoes in the room and dining area. Sauna really doesn’t work well enough to be functional in the winter.

The view of Leme beach is very nice and quiet at night since it's the end of the strip and traffic turns off earlier in the street. There was a cool movie shoot going on at night so that was a bonus to watch. Nice property though the room service option was weak because of a spanish restaurant downstairs.
Staff attitude is not consistent and as an english speaker you have to find someone that can understand you. If the audience is out of country then better language options should be available.

The dining room staff for breakfast is amazing, warm, friendly and helpful. There was a great location and good stay!
They don’t provide drinking water. We have to go to the bar to fill our water bottles every day.

The hotel is situated near the start of Leme beach which gradually turns into Copacabana beach. We found the area to be clean and felt very safe walking around all day. Easy pickup area for tours as well. The hotel itself was nice, clean and their included breakfast buffet had a great variety. We loved the rooftop bar and found ourselves there every night for a nightcap. On our last night we had dinner at their restaurant, Otaviano. We both ordered a salad but easily could have split one. Super fresh…. Just perfect! For dinner, hubby had pork rib paella for 1 and I had the chicken…. Both were amazing and had very generous portions. Nice wine selection as well. Our server was Clayton and he was ‘fine dining’ attentive.
If we were to return we’d definitely stay at Arena again!
