Wonderful
Staff were very helpful. We had something break in the bathroom and it was fixed very quickly and professionally. Josecito at the front desk was super. Very welcoming and made the check-in process easy.
Pool is small.. but it is a rooftop pool (and the pictures don't deceive.) Just don't plan on doing laps. view is fantastic. Bit loud? But again- its Rio on the beach, this isn't really a complaint but something to keep in mind. My experience- a bit loud.. yours could easily be "lively and energetic" just be aware that this is a busy area. Be careful on the beach - (this isn't about the hotel) - as I did encounter glass and some sharp plastic. The city does a reasonable job, but it is a huge beach with thousands of people.

We stayed 2 nights, so we chose for the room with a view - I would recommend it! Waking up with beautiful ocean view with the sunrise colors. Excellent location; Friendly staff; Excellent breakfast; The room was quiet even though it was right in front of busy Copacabana. They also storage our luggage after check-out time.

Yasmin at front desk remember my son ,Jacob Birthday and had room service come with cake for his birthday. Very nice she helped with tickets and the location was in the middle of the beach great,plan to return some day.

The breakfast did not have much variety from day to day, although the food was good aside from that, the hotel was satisfying. The pool area was very nice with great bartenders and a gorgeous view.

The doors of the entrance of the rooms are not sound proof and people speak at the corridors during early mornings/late night.
