Close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Polite staff on the lifts.
The room does not look like the pictures, very small and needs refurbishing.
Breakfast was limited and the same every morning.

The location was great if Copacabana Beach is your goal, just a few blocks walk away. The room was small and modest , but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Best of all the shower had HOT water and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay there again if I were going to Rio.
The only issue I have was I booked for 2 nights but could only stay for one. I checked out before the check out time and I am still waiting to see if I will be refunded for the unused night. Hopefully, I will get the refund.

Hotel was somewhat old, everything described didnt work as expected, claustrophobic elevators, hairdryer almost killed my wife.

Cot bed for baby was agreed but not granted despite having asked for thisonr month in advance. Instead a replacement bed was given.

good location and friendly staff
not very clean, outdated interior, pictures dont show accurate state of room. our shower was mouldy and the shower door was broken so it wouldnt stay closed and all of the water would go everywhere when we were showering.
