Nothing, simply avoid this used, dirty, horribly maintained non professional place called hotel.
Never ever in using booking for almost 20 years happened to us to find such a dirty and non professional hotel. We tried getting in touch with the hotel by writing (1 month/1 week/ 1 day before the stay), calling them as we needed an early check-in but they didnt reply and of course they didnt have a room. We had to cancel the booking and looked for an alternative by walking around the corner. But walking in this area with all the belongings can be very dangerous.

Great accommodation in Rio de Janeiro and the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was super clean. The rooms and showers are really nice, comfortable and clean. Room 1308 is wonderfull ! The breakfast was really good and the staff were very accommodating. A great place to stay overall!
Nothing :) Everything was amazing. The hotel has a very good strategic position for all trips and interesting places.

At night - in the corridors were pitch black. The sensors are away from the lifts. As the doors open, the corridors are pitch black. Luckily for us, our unit were next to the lift but my mother was away, so by the time it turned on, it will turn off by the time she reached her unit. It was noisy as its opposite a night club. It has NO signs for "not to disturb" The towels, sheets and pillows were gray and old and it smelled. The restaurant charges you for plastic utensils and more if you use stainless utensils See the menu.

I asked for laundry of a medium-sized bag of clothes. Was not advised on cost beforehand, the bill comes and its at 444 Reals?? Thats 50% more than the cost of 1 night at the Hotel?? I asked if this was correct and the cashier just told me to pay.

Staff is good, I like breakfast with lots of different kinds of fruits.
Pool is very tiny, just like jacuzzi size. Equipments in gym are terrible old and not function. Can't use. It's very old hotel, room is small, towels are old and not soft.
