The AC was broken and since they one we asked them to fix it. First day it took 3 hour to maintenance to arrive and they were not able to fix it. We asked to change room and they said it was not possible. I complained in the reception everymorning but nothing was done.

The reception area was clean / modern and inviting
The rooms are a little tired looking Need redecorating . The restaurant area very crowded always . The furniture in the restaurant needs replacing very used and shabby looking . The restaurant staff not attentive no clean cutlery provided . Having to ask for napkins etc . The swimming pool is so small Its almost like a childrens swimming pool . For the payment I made for the hotel could of stayed at much nicer hotel at the beach . Booked the Raddison as always provide top quality hotels . But this hotel was disappointing.

- Clean and modern room. - Nice breakfast. - Comfortable bed (but pillows not good, always at Radisson).
We were shocked that our cradle had no mattress in it. Instead the staff decided that a folded duvet would suffice for our 9 month old son. This is absolutely unacceptable and a safety hazard because it would not be the first time a baby suffocates this way! After we insisted on getting a proper mattress for the cradle, the second night we were provided a thin camping mattress.

Wonderful
Best value among the higher end hotels around Rio. If its in your price range, youll get your moneys worth. I paid around 1400$ for a month approximately. Internet and wifi is around 70-100 mb/s inside the rooms depending on which room. Worked well for video conferencing to Europe. Better prices and more modern facilities than the hotels on the ocean front in Barra da Tijuca (which seem to be from the 90s). This hotel is more modern and better overall standard. Definately better than similar hotels at Ipanema and Copacabana, where you would have to pay 50% more for the same standard. I stayed in total 1 month and worked from there. Friendly staff, good service.
I really cant complain much. The beach is a 5 minute walk, so its nearby, but not on the ocean front.
