Enjoyed our stay.
The only limiting factor was the variety in dinner choice. We were on half-board hence a separate menu from the normal dinners menu. The food was good though!

The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality products. There is also a new shuttle service to the beach and the mall, which is very convenient. Check-out was quick and seamless, and the room itself is very comfortable. The location is great for business, feels safe, and works very well if you are in Rio for work. This is my second stay here, and overall, it remains a solid option for business trips.
Check-in was a bit slow, and the room could be cleaner, with several maintenance details that need attention, such as the walls, floors, bathroom, lamps, and bed frame. The amenities are also quite limited for the price, with only soap, a shower cap, and two bottles of water. The location, while convenient for business, is far from most of the city’s main attractions, making it less practical for sightseeing.

Very clean, profesonal waiter and a la cart diner.
Walkable distace to the beach. I dont dont use the includet transport and the designated beach area.
1.During chek in they said that I have only one meal pay and I booked half bord. This was solve the next day after an complaint on bookin.
2. You don't have a wardrobe online some pipes on with you hang you close.

Gym is spetacular for a hotel gym, I could train freely and with just a few adjustments to my daily workout lifting routine. Breakfast is sensational. Very close to the beach, a 400m walk got me to the beach.
When I arrived I needed to change rooms once the refrigerator was dripping water, the TV remote and the pressing iron were not working. Despite that they found me another room and everything was resolved.

It was close to the beach, within a 10 min walk. There is a shuttle to take you there if you are carrying a lot of things, however, they do not offer a return pick up!
The room I stayed in was cramped, there was no room other than the bed and a cramped desk right next to it. The room needed a clean up, from mold in the grout, to stains on the ceilings, marks on the walls, peeling paints on corners of rooms, etc. Overall for a 4 star hotel, it did not meet expectations.

Chipped walls and unvacuumed floor. Poor plumping, after showering the entire flooring stayed wet overnight and had to place towels on the floor.

Room service is a joke. You order online and never receive anything unless you call them. We’ve received an old and stale pizza with the meat on top close to rancid.

The hotel looks fairly new and modern.
The staff were very friendly and responsive, and they helped us arrange a transfer.
The mate tea at the entrance is delicious — definitely try it.
Excellent breakfasts and quite tasty dinners in the restaurant.
Great location in a good, safe area, close to a beach that isn’t too crowded.
Room cleanliness: we checked into a room that was poorly cleaned — dirty floor and bathroom, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guests.
Elevator issues: very slow, and sometimes the call buttons don’t work for 5–10 minutes. Also, when the doors open you can’t see clear floor signage, so we kept getting off on the wrong floor by mistake.
No complimentary bottled water in the room; you have to buy it yourself, which feels unusual for a Radisson.

Breakfast was very good. It's 15-minute walk to beach which is not bad. Staff were helpful.
Only the receptionists speak English, we had problem communicating even at the restaurant downstairs. The sheets weren't very clear, they had a yellow shade and smelled a bit. Also I think they charged us for things we didn't eat from minibar but we were rushing and it wasn't too much so we just paid and left.

Bom. Good location. Restaurants nearby. All clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with food choices, excellent quality. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Provided help with reasonable taxi transportation to the airport. Hotel was moderately priced. Overall excellent hotel. Met our expectation.
The air conditioner in the room was too strong and not adjustable. Or I didn't know how to adjust it I had to turn it off to make it confortable.
We ate the 1st night dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Good quality of food & wine, but quite expensive.

For a highly rated hotel this was not a great experience. Room wasn't very clean, all furniture looked used/scratched, rips in chair etc. View of construction, surrounded by buildings. neighbours were playing reggaeton until 3 in the morning and can hear the pipes all throughout the night.
