The lobby was modern and well designed. There was also a pleasant smell.
Once you left the lobby, the rooms smelt foul. Everytime the AC was turned on a different odour would come through like cigarettes or a mouldy odour.
The cleaning was notdone thoroughly at all, there were makeup stains on the door and bathroom counter, surfaces weren’t cleaned properly, there were hairs on the toilet, stains on the bed covers. We had Lysol disinfectant wipes with us and used that to provide a minimum of cleanliness

The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is very good.
It was our first time and we were surprised that the woman Who received us at lobby doesnt understand spanish (argentina is a neighboor country).
The hotel must solve the dirty smell of the bathroom. If you forget the bathroom door opened you will have a room plenty of that smell.

The room corridors were filthy. The maintenance dopr of floor 8 was always open and very dirty.

The room was great. Hotel staff were welcoming and suppportive to make sure that we enjoy our stay.
We had to line up for breakfast because the breakfast area was too small to accomodate a large number of quests.

Our retreat was utterly destroyed by the hotel's inexcusable and deceptive practice of concealing major, ongoing renovations. We paid a premium for a peaceful, deluxe room but were instead subjected to an active construction site, with relentless, deafening drilling and vibrations starting at 8 AM that made rest impossible. This was a fundamental breach of trust, selling a product that was never available.

The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the area feels very safe, and the breakfast was amazing! The facilities are super convenient too — with a gym, pool, restaurant, and room service. The hotel offers a shuttle for the beach.Overall, a great value for the price.
The only thing, I was frustrated about was the room service. We had to ask several times to have our room cleaned after the first night. Since we were out the whole day, we expected the room to be clean when we got back, but it wasn’t. We ended up having to ask again and wait downstairs while they cleaned it.

The wifi connection was weak in the room. We only used the cell-phone data while there.
The elevator buttons had to be pressed too hard otherwise they would register the call and leave you hanging.

Great looking hotel with a nice view with the front still open, even though there is some construction ongoing on the front you dont notice it from the room on the higher floors at least.
Breakfast was good, one morning the chef was there and was serving guests himself - thats a great tell of care for guests.

Cant really mention anything here, I just had a really good stay. If i have to really mention it it would be the gym didnt have a lot of things but even then - i could do all i needed.

Nothing.
Very dirty rooms, initially had to move from first room due to noisy connecting room, hair everywhere and surfaces were grimy with dust coating, TV was broken, and multiple bugs were killed. Staff moved us to a new room but it was still filthy. Cigarette smoke was coming through bathroom vents and there was a strong mildew scent everywhere in the hotel. We didn’t move to a third room because we soon realized this is just what the whole hotel was like.

Cozy and comfortable bed. Friendly staff, Amazing breakfast.
The pool is kinda sad.
There was a very rude guy at the reception. I Wasn’t able to get his name because his name tag was flipped around. The couple who I was with also had a very poor experience with this gentleman. Recommend that he work in an office away from people. Very rude. Totally not acceptable to be recovering guest as the walk in.

First the Staff are very professional and friendly . Specially Jonatan ( very professional) , Bianca friendly and helpful, Paulo speaks good English and very friendly . Staff professional and helpful.
Good break fast and clean Rooms and good room size .
Near downtown shopping , and Barra shopping.
All great . If you like to go to another part of the city you need a Metro .
