Large room with wonderful, spacious bathroom.
Wi-Fi was intermittent in our room. Sometimes, we had to walk out into the hallway to connect.
Jacuzzi tub did not work.

Central location, nice and clean room.
Breakfast could have been better. The coffee was not good, and there could be more variety. Car parking is complicated, being in a separate building and depending on employee to retrieve and park the car.

The hotel is in the center of Petropolis. Walking distance to the restaurants, shops, especially the shop complex at Rua Tereza, grocery stores and pharmacies.
The museum and other sightseeing places are very close to the hotel.
The room was for 3 people, big, clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom and excellent shower.
The breakfast had everything. Different fruits, cheese, breads, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, cakes, jams, and a very tasteful cheese bread.
We, for sure will be back soon. Thank you for the very friendly staff who were so nice to us. It really made a difference.

Good location, good breakfast, good price, very clean, roomy, a place to set your bags and toiletries; but watch out for the Uber drivers in this area, they are running a scam and will rip you off!
I did not like the Uber service in this city!

Location, comfort, staff, bed, bathroom and many other things.
The only issue with the room was that there was no energy plug easy accessible. Most of them was behind the bed.
