Staff super friendly, the location it’s amazing, nice restaurant and gym would stay again .
Rooms are in a different building so you have to walk outside. The bathroom was old so couldn’t tell if it was dirty or just old.

Property seems pretty new and clean.
Bedrooms are well equipped and clean as well.
Nice breakfast.
Staff needs to be trained to handle some situations properly.
I went to the hotel on the 24th December at around 1pm to pay for my booking (2 rooms for 2 adults) and the lady at reception said my booking was cancelled. I have communicated with the hotel just a few days prior confirming my booking and also asking about payment.
The lady went to speak to her supervisor and and they finally confirmed my booking (no apologies there).
Then, on the same day at around 7:30pm, I went to check in with my uncle and aunt who were actually staying in both rooms.
The guy at reception (wish I knew his name) said I had not pay for the booking. I said that I had came earlier to the hotel to pay. He then said: no, the booking has only your card details but we did not take any payments. (Really arrogant the way ge said it). I then said, you are incorrect, please check your system. Luckily I had the proof of payment. Ah did he apologise for his mistake? Of course not…
If you are the property manager and are reading this, get rid of that guy. Arrogant, impolite and no empathy whatsoever…

Check out at 12h00 (and not 11h00 like some other hotels)
Large choice at the breakfast buffet
No elevator to the 3rd floor (elevator to the 2nd floor then stairs)

It’s incredible that the staff at main desk doesn’t speaks English or even try to understand Spanish , I work on the luxury industry for more than 20 years and this was the cherry of the cake
Pretty much everything, I had booked the most expensive room because it had two beds as my wife couldn’t sleep with my son , and when she got to the hotel there was only one king bed in the room but I booked for 2 .

In general, the room was clean and comfortable.
My air conditioner was leaking and my luggage was completely wet.
I asked the maintenance to fix it and all they did was to hand me 3 towels for me to dry the floor by myself. The air conditioner kept leaking the entire night. It damaged an expensive box of cigars inside my luggage. Terrible experience. I wrote my experience on their feedback sheet but no one cared enough to reach out.
