Since I am not visiting Salvador but traveled North bound the day after my arrival the location is very convenient for me.If your plans are to visit the city the location may not be that convenient.

The air conditioning of my room 710 was noisily like airplane engine! I Changed the room ! But walls need paint ! The sink register was damage ! The bathroom door was inflated that was not able to close !room 803! The hall of lifts was so hot

Poor quality and time of delivery of simple snacks (sandwich or pizza). Key cards (the first and a second one) didn't work in one of the two elevators. No transfer for and to the airport. No a pleasant location.

Disappointing
It is a place near to the airport. meaning, it is a strategic place for whon is traveling and needs goes to the airport faster than from downtown. The breakfast is fair, good enough to a fast meal. High view from room is so nice.
Well, the bed is too poor. Old mattress and there is no pluggs close to the bed. You cannot charge your cellphone beside you trough the night.
The TV catalog channels was so confused. You dont know which channel is on the plan.
My back is pain after last night. Me and my wife.

Location close to the airport
Staff is not trained to speak properly to the guests or solve any problems that appears. There was NO MANAGER, receptionist can't solve any issues related to the managers, so you stay stuck on your issue and just have to accept because no one will solve. There is no menu for breakfast, waiter doesn't let you know what they offer apart of the buffet, I figure out because I saw a chef and I spoke to her about the poor buffet after a had my breakfast, then she told me I have to ask to the waiter, but they don't care about customers needs. I ended up having only scrambled eggs for breakfast, I couldn't take a hot shower when I arrived because there was no one to fix it and they refused to change room. I paid a lot of money and I didn't get the minimum that usually hotels offer to guests. I DON'T RECOMMEND AND I WON'T COME BACK.
