Love, love, love! Such a great place to stay! Great terrace with a beautiful view and swimming pool. The room was spacious and very comfy. Big shower. Very nice staff. Very good breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The beds in the sauna looked very old, used, and not nice.

Location, great view from my 16th floor on the coastline. Gorgeous room which was more like a sweet. Beautiful view from rooftop. Rio is generally so clean and stunning with it's nature.
Poor facilities really; there was a coffee machine in the room with no capsules. WiFi extremely poor couldn't do any work. I needed a delivery of a package at the hotel and messaged them via booking.com to ask if that was a possibility, they responded after 2 days in Portuguese redirecting me to an email address, they did not respond to that one either until I sent a couple of messages and emails. In the end I got it delivered in a private accommodation I stayed before that with absolutely no problems.

Comfortable and convenient, a lot of restaurants and shops in the area.
A bit run down facilities, small pool and moldy shower. The area is generally nice, but a bit sketchy (prostitutes in the corner, panhandlers in the streets, etc). Conventions are going on all the time so long wait times for elevators.

Breakfast is very good: a lot of variety, everything tastes really good and staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we were really pleased there was a bathtub in ours !
Unfortunately the jacuzzi in the pool was in need of a fix: the water heater was not working and only a few jets were on. Also, we could hear some noise from the corridor in the room.
