Beautiful garden
They are entitled. Petty staff who seem to want to squeeze every advantage out of guests just to please management. They have ground-floor rooms with balconies, which was my choice. They have benches in the social area for smokers right outside the room’s balcony, and then they accuse you of having smoked in the room. OUTRAGEOUS. If you like long showers, the fire alarm will go off because there’s no ventilation and no window in the bathrooms

It is a very classy and yet laid back hotel. The swimming pool is amazing. Beautiful facilities, great staff. The breakfast is very varied and also has options for people with allergies.

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e sempre buscando nos ajudar.
Ele parece que vai ser um hotel mais aconchegante e menor, porém com exceção desse lobby é um hotel bem comercial, quartos ok.
É perto da praia mas não do lado
O café da manhã tem bastante opção mas nada impressionante.
Querem cobrar um valor muito alto para o estacionamento e não tem nem onde descer e fazer o desembarque das malas.

Breakfast was good
Terrible staff. Offered little help when I mentioned I had back problems and needed to change the mattress. And made me wait 10 minutes for checkout due to the fact that the cleaning crew needs to check the room before letting the customer go. Need to improve the hospitality ASAP

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options. The staff was super nice and very helpful! Although I didnt use it, the pool was beautiful. Great location in relation to the beaches, and nextdoor to a grocery store and laundry, which was super nice. Property was veryyy clean and tidy, and I loved the decor!
Room felt a tad basic for the cost, and when housecleaning moved furniture to clean in the room above, you can hear it

Excelente gym, nice hot shower, nicely decorated. Allows pets which was great. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which was nice
There was a hidden fee to bring our dog which was not nice and did not provide anything extra for pets. No Private parking either
