Rooms where very small. The area around the hotel was very bad and very dirty. The neighbor was on the very low end.

The pool and room were great.
The service was poor. The staff were rude and very unhelpful as well as unapologetic.

The property features a great day restaurant and have great service people at the beach but not at check in.
Room is outdated and not very clean and AC wasn’t working and once transferred to another room the phone wasn’t working therefore I had to walk myself to the lobby to order room service! Most of staff don’t speak English.

All the staff were amazing especially the team on reception. They all work so hard to make the stay memorable. All facilities were amazing, the beach, the pool, the spa, the breakfast, the kids work/ kids facilities and cinema.
One only small feedback was that they played exactly the same music by the pool every day.

The children’s team were amazing and all the children’s activities- especially the trampoline All the leisure spa was incredible.
That times of activities were changed and we thought something was happening with the cinema and it didn’t happen.

The region has many mosquitoes, and it is necessary to use repellent in the room. It would be helpful to provide an electric repellent. The lighting is weak, making reading or working at night nearly impossible.
