Mara was exceptional she responded immediately to the AC problem all in all a great stay and we would highly recommend.It is an excellent location and excellent staff.I can't say enough about Mara I hope I have her name correct she is an exceptional person and great at her job and empathetic to any problems that the guests have. I would highly recommend a stay at your facility
AC in apartment leaked water but was probably my fault for not closing the bedroom door!

The place was clean and comfortable. There were extra pillows which was nice. The host was responsive and brought dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes when I asked.
The kitchen has very minimal supplies, so this isn’t the best place if you want to cook lots.

Cute, good size apartment on the second floor. Had a good size refrigerator and nice stove top. The staff was very kind and attentive. Easy to check in and out. Felt like a safe place.
Could have had a Smart tv in the bedroom and a stronger wifi signal.

Very reasonable rates, Mara was incredibly helpful, convenient location in close proximity to supermarket and the beaches/Beira Mar Ave.
I was in two different apartments in my two stays. The first one was sunny, second one not, but the first one could be noisy due to a dog barking and a next door noisy bar in the same address on weekends.

Fantastic stay. Great location, just a minute from the beach/boardwalk, v close to supermarkets, good restaurants & bars (but no bar noise). Good communication with hosts, who were warm & welcoming. All felt v clean. Decent WiFi, good shower. Would recommend & stay again.

The lady was lovely. Great location less than ten minutes to the beach and shops etc in the other direction. Açaí and coffee opposite apartment. Felt safe, street door and then own door.
Bathroom is a little on the small side though the shower is great. The street can be noisy in the evening but that adds to the experience for us. We were on the first floor, there is a steel spiral staircase that goes up maybe 4 floors so limited mobility or heavy baggage might be a problem.
