I have been staying here multiple times before, because of the excellent location and the exceptional staff. Especially the housekeeping was exceptional this time. She treated me lik royalty. In this Bourbon they know how to keep loyal customers loyal
the breakfast room gets at times very busy and then you might have to wait for a table for quite some time...

The pool and gym is closed and unavailable for a renovation no problem but they only told us after you already paid deceiving business .

Comparing to last year, the rooms were not so nice in terms of the furniture, TV (mine didn’t work at all). It needs a renovation.

Central location and beach front! Gorgeous views from the room. Nice selection at breakfast, clean big lobby. Parking was included and safe under the hotel.
Pool was lackluster, the rooms need some tlc. Some of the furniture needs attention as it is peeling. Did not have a balcony.

Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was average and almost nobody spoke English. The rooms could have done with some thorough cleaning and the cleaning crew wasn’t very thorough.

Found the food was not as good as it used to be. Sandwich I ordered didn’t have the correct type of bread and the meat was tough and tasteless!

Everything was super, the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location is great, close to everything in Beira Mar area, staff super friendly and well educated.
The price. It's a bit overpriced, there are more options on the same street by almost half of the price per night! The demand is big, so I think it could be a bit lower. Nothing else to complain.

one or other small furniture damage, other than that bedroom was perfect and comfortable.
swimming pool is very small and there is no roof that you can use to hide from the sun while there.. so pool shall not be counted as a feature
