Great location just across Crocobeach facility and praia do futuro beach itself. The whole staff is great! Friendly and accomodating. But the manager Amanda, receptionist Erick and Antônio went above and beyond to help us when my husband had a little accident. It is good to know the hotel staff cares and does everything to make the guests stay pleasant and smooth. Thank you all!!!
We were able to have internet connection on the second floor only during late night. But they said they are changing provider. First floor is ok.
There is live music right across the street, so if you are a light sleeper, that might be a problem.

Simple but great food at the hotel restaurant, including the breakfast buffet and lunch dishes.
Staff were absolutely lovely and well organised.
Very clean room and with a couple of welcome pacocas!
Rooms are a little dated and with no view.

The staff is lovely and the location is spectacular. The room was big enough for three with a decent bathroom. The breakfast is very good and varied. I would definitely come back and I would recommend for anyone that isn't too fussy or with wild expectations.
The building is quite old and undergoing construction in certain areas. The rooms aren't fancy and the hotel itself doesn't scream modernism but considering the price and location I think it is a great value for money.

The staff were all great and very attentive. Breakfast was great too.
Unfortunately the place needed a bit of work, it has so much potential. The WiFi in our room was awful and the side by the beach is loud with the restaurants music.
