O hotel está em uma boa localização, apartamento é espaçoso e a equipe do hotel foi bem solicita em deixar as bagagens e retirar mais tarde após o checkout…
A internet não funciona muito bem, ficou mais sem funcionar do que funcionando e o chuveiro precisa de uma limpeza, pois estava saindo pouca água e jogava direto para a parede, sem contar que a água não esquentava…

Is my 2nd time, Iracema Travel, but Unfortunately the only think is Good is the Location !
Didn't like the Reception Team, Special the Supervisor. See them Ignores Signals to Satisfied / Help make feel Comfortable Customers. When I Reserve my Accommodation, I request Top floors, as a Couple.cause I Pay for 2! But, I arrive Alone, Hotel was " empty", I was Sad the floor they game Me, after Spoke with Supervisor.Just feel Completely Reject from Them .Sad Situation They make me Do All Transaction After, small room , low floor...Furniture in room to Old , I' be got photos can prove.

The location!
The place itself is completely different from the pictures. I was super disappointed when saw the gym, the pool, the breakfast and the cleaning.

The breakfast is ok and the location is excellent.
It seems the hotel was a flat before and they kind of changed it. Now there are empty spaces in the apartments and no arm chair to sit. The varanda is totaly empty and so is the entrance of the room.

the position is good, close to the beach and the city center. the parking is a good opportunity to stay in the city center. the room is big enough.
staff at the reception is not nice at all, they were annoyed by our arrival and the breakfast is simply terrible. the air conditioning is very noisy.

* Reception Staff Not Friendly ; No Any Interest " Satisfied "Clients ; Breakfast VERY VERY Poor ( Not the same from the Website Photos;;(( Hospitality / Accommodation , POOR installation ( example: my 2nd day I request Better /Others Pillows, cause they Stink & very Old too. Answer: No, Cause All are the same! I was there 16 days, Nobody Cares ...Bad, Really bad ? ? ? ?. * I Request Check Out 4 extra Hrs +× the Answer: Fine, but We will charge as 1extra day, WHAAAAT Again: Really really bad, cause there are Not Full. No Any Interest RETURN/ RECOMEND/ SUGGEST this Hotel: Veeery Disappointed & Sad cause Expend there 16 days...
