Wonderful
Perfect location across from a popular beach. The hotel restaurant was open almost all day. Nice ocean facing window in the room. Near many food choices.
Few staff speak any English.

The location of the hotel is the best and the pool is nice but water is cold!!! Also breakfast there are lots of variety!
The bathroom is too small and there’s no closet or furniture to put your clothes. Also bad information by the front desk, when they try to sell Praia do Cumbuco, they give a drink voucher but they don’t mention that you have to consume at least R$ 100.00 in order to get your drinks!!! Also it’s full pack and a bit disorganized takes too much time too Order a drink or food. The band that was playing was fantastic however if seat close to the band, you have to pay an amount but if you seat away from it still can listen and dance!

Wonderful
-The night receptionist young lady deserves a promotion. She was very welcoming and the best English speaker in Brasil amongst those who I met.
-The view
-The beachfront walk. This is one of the best beaches of the world, I say.
-The breakfast
-Staff at the breakfast was angry to me when I praised the food in English. I did thumbs up too. Maybe that means something else there.
-The light switch in the bathroom is at a very interesting place, hiding behind the hairdryer. But at least there is a hairdryer.
-The morning receptionist asked first if I want to checkout. Before my questions. He was not that welcoming. But took care of my luggage storage, that was kind.

The fruit juices were amazing
The food was not quit what I expected, we are more of a chicken family. Waffles & Pancakes. I was expecting more food like that. We couldn't really eat what they served for breakfast. It was more pork and beef. So we didn't really enjoy the breakfast meal. The taste is not quit the same.

Location
Someone pissed on the sofa in the lobby but the employees didn’t clean nor dry it nor informed guest not to sit there. Next morning I sit there and ruined my trousers.
Furthermore the restaurant has almost no gluten-free options. Worst hotel we stayed during our one month holiday in Brazil.

The food. The place. The swimming pool. The people working there are very friendly.
They did not tell us about the drinks in the fridge that we must pay for them. But it is a great idea to have drinks all the time in the fridge.

Perfectly located near the city center and right in front of the ocean. Staff was always very helpful. Breakfast was good, very regional. Free parking. Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Nice size room is always a plus. They even provide massages, which made us relax even more. There is nothing extraordinary about this hotel but it’s very charming, we highly recommend it.
Breakfast service ends too early 9:30, making it difficult for those who like to sleep in a little more.
