Very Poor
This is the most terrible hotel I have ever visited. I am digital nomad and I travel very much.
I have never been so shocked and disrespected. I reserved working room for one day, they told me it was 150 reais and when I left the hotel they made me pay 3000 reais for the working room. They threatened me with police and said If I called anyone they would make me go with police same second. Now I am scared and crying in my room because I believe they could maybe steal all my bank card information and I cannot believe how this can happen.
I hope I make it out alive and I will never come back to Brazil ever again.
Please never go working to any Luzeiros.
Police is now working to figure out all the situation.

We only stayed one night for a stop over. We had a renovated room which was really nice. Breakfast offered a great choice.

Excellent location for tourist.
Lady at the front desk wouldnt allow us any guests to visit. She seemed hell-bent on preventing any friends to come in. She said, basically, anyone walks in needs to present ID and register even people. This includes people visiting or eating at the restaurant. She went out of her way to intervene. In a conversation I was having with another employee.

Amazing view, bed, and breakfast. Excellent stay and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed my time in this hotel. Would definitely return anytime. Best location ever ...
Smelly Sauna, some damaged furniture, no balcony furniture, iron and table wasn't available in the room but at the reception.

Friendly staff
Given the wrong level of room as per my reservation with an excuse that was an upgrade, but in fact, it was a downgrade, I just realised this after the 3rd night (out off 5).
Additionally, the facilities are completely out date, old and the hotel require major renovations. Lifts out of service, Tv with poor or no connection and. a few other stuff. For sure, it's not a 5 star hotel.

Amazing stay, good is marvelous, staff are so friendly and helpful. The view from my apartment was magnificent. This is the best hotel in fortaleza, no doubt.
