Location was fabulous, safe, convenient. Staff was very pleasant, some in particular. Saulo and Paulo stand out. The spa was good but not excellent.
The key card didn't always work in the elevator-often the floor light would go out and the elevator skip the floor.

The room are old and unkept. The bathrooms are dirty and very old. The hotel is in need of a serious renovation.

The hall is nice, confortable, nice piano bar, internet connectionworks everywhere perfectly. The rooftop with little swimming pool is extremely nice. Gym facilities great
To be a 5 stars hotels I would have expected larger room. I have a choosen a city view room, but there is a big flat few meters away from the window. I would not call it city view. The description should be real and it is not

The breakfast was exceptional.
The staff were great, even with the language barrier.
The location is right by the beach.
The spa is gorgeous!
The spa facilities could be expanded. It was pretty full and couldn’t accommodate all spa guests.
