Closeness of the hotel to the beach.
Hotel was clean
Bed was bigger than expected
Breakfast was ok
The air conditioner was not working well. It was dripping water occasionally on the bed. It was very weak and the reception could not fix it no matter what.
There was no hot water in the shower and sink just warm water
The pool hours were really limited and could have been extended longer

The location is perfect
The staff are very rude, he could not deal with guests had zero manners. Shaking shoulder to a question is not good enough from the hotel staff, it was MR Elusie, now he gives evil look every time i walk pass very professional.

Near the beach
the staff at breakfast were very rude and did not give explanations about the products on the table and above all prepared breakfast late compared to the scheduled time! Small and not silent room

The at conditioner doesn’t work and had a bad smell, during the night or day you have lots of noises coming from the streets or the hotel. But the worse for me was that my friend fainted and when I asked for help the first thing the receptionist said was “did she broke anything in the room?” She had cut her head very badly and he even offered call to the ambulance or a taxi for bringing her to the hospital. I had to ask for the first aid too. That was horrific!

The hotel is very well located with restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets around.
It is also near the beach, which is convenient and interesting to walk.
Breakfast was nearly bad and the room was also of inferior quality.
The breakfast team was also nearly rude and showed no will to do the job.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. It's a simple hotel, with reasonable cost. AC runs well, wifi is good, staff is friendly. It's close to the beach and access to other local attractions are easy with Uber.
Breakfast is good but it used to be better. Anyway, there are fruits, juices, coffee, eggs made to order, and some cakes.
There is nothing really bad about this hotel. Early check in would be good, I often have to wait until 2PM sharp to get to the room. Anyway, I never had to wait longer than that, so it's not bad.

Friendly staff, breakfast and comfy beds and nice shower.
The small hanger in the bathroom was a lifesaver to dry swimming suits after beaches.
Location is excelent and close to everything.

Good location and affordable. Delicious breakfast.
My room was very very small. Smallest room I ever been stayed in my entire life. They photocopied our passports. I stayed two other hotels in Ceara during my two weeks vacation. None of them asked for my passport.
