Exceptional
The hotel lobby is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and do their utmost to attend you. The breakfast or restaurant area is big and kept neat and clean all the time. The room is large and with good view to the beach area. Very good for the price.
No bread toaster, but only a sandwich machine that is working very slow. People wait in line, because there is also 1 available to heat up any type of bread. After 1 year the view to the beach from the hotel room will not be available anymore because of the construction of another high riser buikding in front of the hotel.

Location is good, staff speak English well, big shout out to Noris who was at the reception.
The photos are SO MISLEADING. 2/3 of the big sliding doors facing the sea were bricked up. See my photo for an accurate depiction. So I paid Seaview prices for nothing. Also my friend came to take me to the airport at 10.15am on checkout day, and they wouldn’t let him come up in the lift to help with my bags. They said he’d have to pay? Bizarre.

Staff is nice an speaks good English, I like Mr Philip from reception very much. Everyone is helpful.
You pay additional costs at check-in, +10% over room rate. Rooms are not being cleaned, only on request.

- good localization - room with sea view - good breakfast
- problem with booking website that gives a total price including taxes when reservation is done. But during check-in i had to pay 10% service tax on top of the total price which is appearing on a hidden section of the hotel selection. Scandalous. Be careful with that!
