The location is great. Even though it is not on the beachfront, it is possible to access the beach (Iracema statue) within about 5 minutes’ walk. It is also near a decent supermarket (Supermercado Pinheiro), and you have plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.
The double room was ok for a couple. AC works nicely as well as the refrigerator. The staff were quite nice, allowing us to use their microwaves in the kitchen and borrowing some utensils from the to-go leftovers we had.
The breakfast was great, with a selection of decent food.
Unfortunately, the TV channels had poor image quality, and the TV was not smart enough to allow AirPlay or Chromecast streaming from mobile devices. From the bathroom you can hear people walking in the corridor and vice versa, affecting privacy in a way.

Breakfast was excellent, with many option and they refill all the time the baskets with fresh food, you can also order some local dishes like cuscuz and tapioca, and it's already included. The internet wasn't great, it was barely enough.. The room and the toilet was clean

The hotel is in a good location, just 2 blocks from the beach and close to restaurants. The Uber taxi from the airport was Reals 29.9. The staff at reception were good with English. The breakfast was really good with made to order fried or boiled eggs. It came standard with scrambled eggs. The lobby had coffee late in the evening. The lobby even had a cell phone charging tree complete with cables for different cell phones. This is very thoughtful especially when the hotel electrical outlets are the European type which will not accept Canada, USA and Mexican electrical plugs.
The safe in the room could be improved to a digital type. It is now a key type. Maybe the hotel management is planning to do this in the future.
