Pleasant
The best part was that the property is close to downtown, and you can walk to great restaurants in just 10–15 minutes.
I was surprised during check-in when the host told me I couldn’t pay in installments with my credit card. They claimed they informed guests through the booking chat, but it felt more like hidden fine print at the bottom of a contract. Also, don’t trust the photos on the website — the hotel is more outdated than it looks in the pictures. Even the TV didn’t work properly.
Considering the price they charge, it’s really not worth it.

Small but great hotel. Modern and spacious room and bathroom, excellent location near noble area for city Beiramar beaches. They have very good free breakfast and a nice pool. The staff is very nice and helpful. I did like the price as well!

We liked it's position and enjoyed the pool. A short walk to the beach and New Year celebrations.
At first we thought the hotel was quite old and tired, but we had a comfortable stay and would return.

the breakfast is 25r per person except for the kids it was free.It is a good deal for the price.Grocery store and cash machine 5 min walk and the beach is 20 minutes.

We arrived at 7am, got the room around 10am, whats not bad for Brazil, so we were very happy. I like that the room was spacious. Plenty of space to put the luggage out. Close to the beach
The shower was not to warm, on reception is not easy to comunicate in english. Noone clean the room during our stay.

Location is OK
Our welcome greeting was a warning that we will get a fine if we break anything, take room towels to the pool, leave on the air con...etc etc. All this and they can't even turn on the electric showers to save more money along with all the potential fines they hope to make. No breakfast included.. Obviously.
