Location at the boulevard
Second day we got a different room. But it was a wheelchair accessible room. Looked a bit funny for us.
Long line for the reception during checkout. It was hard to reach someone for inquiries.

All that was included for the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked if they plan to visit Fortaleza, Brazil. I will use hotel again next year.
At this time there really was nothing that I can complain about. Free breakfast was fantastic along with the view of the beach. Air conditioning worked great and the shower was great too.

Staff - Everyone was a lot patient and with a very good communication Gym is excellent! Valets were incredible Clean and comfortable Rooms Great Cable Tv (a lot of channels) Great Ocean View Playground
Things that made me disappointed were only about the breakfast 1. Bread (Too much dry/old) 2. Croissant (Dry) 3. Fruits (Missing Strawberries and Kiwis) 4. Pool appears better in the photos

The ocean view and the Hi-res TV.
Grumpy staff and a debatable security approach: After about 11 days staying in this hotel, a security guard wanted to know which room I was staying when I was about to enter through the main entrance. This is unacceptable, so I had to shorten my booking; from 16 to about 11 days. If you're a "non-white" visitor, I would search for a more friendly hotel.
They say they're proud about their cleaness, but after I checked in, I found a smashed bug on the mirror.
