Wonderful
Location and staff was excellent. Room and bed were clean and very comfortable. The views from our room were amazing! Breakfast was good as well. Staff helped us with late check-out and were very accommodating.
Bathroom, especially the toilet, is a little tight and narrow. The hotel is nice but needs a little update in some areas. Elevators were okay, but broke down a couple of times. They fixed them quick though.

Wonderful staff and attentive personnel. I had zero issues during my stay and everyone who I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure any and all of my needs were met. Will absolutely choose Holiday Inn Fortaleza every time!

Very good location. Fastastic breakfast but it gets too crowded and there’s no space.
The pool is small, without sun. Really disappointing. We booked for 4 days including New Year’s Eve and they could had told us the stage of the main public party of the city was in front of the rooms. We couldn’t sleep until 5am. I couldn’t pay online and since I booked it for my family and it was my invitation, I had to be there at the moment of the check in to do they payment. Quite inconvenient and not what you expect from an international chain.

AAA location, breakfast buffet is 5 stars (huge selection and constantly replenished without anything running out) and the staff are so very warm and friendly. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Really good.
