Staff, location and structure.
The hotel can invest in better equipment for the gym. Will be nice if they will invest in a Ar conditioner for the gym or at least ventilation system.

Breakfast is amazing . Friendly and very polite staff. . Taxi outside 24 hours ! Facing the beach .. Shower perfect . spacious room
The location leaves much to be desired - the few restaurants to the right are very e Friendly and very polite reception. xpensive - turning left there are a few (very few) reasonable ones - However, most close at 5:30 pm and after that there are no local attractions and the area becomes deserted and poorly lit - It's not advisable to walk around there after that time (the taxi driver said).

I had problems with the air conditioner in one room that I rent was very hot we asked for ice they said they would charge and they never delivered
This hotel charge for ice is ridiculous I complained because here in United States even the most simple hotel has ice machines in the hallway for free.

Clean, organized, great staff, great breakfast and pool! Beach is great too!
The kids playroom had toys that where broken, and not a lot of variety. I talked to them and they told me they were working on it and appreciated suggestions. I suggested they put paper, colored pencils for the children to draw, that they put shelves to display toys, and get more and better toys.

Staff was helpful and welcoming.
Hard to understand how the hotel can have 5 stars. Very strong smell of humidity in the room. Air con was super loud. Empty minibar. Cleanliness could be improved. The supposed view from the room isn't what we'd expect.

The lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel, but luckily we had Jorge at the restaurant. He helped us out a lot!

The staff were very helpful..the breakfast buffet had a vast and varied selection of food including chicken pie which was delicious. The rooms were large very clean and beds were very comfortable. We chose the hotel for the swimming pool which didn't disappoint. Lovely big pool with plenty of sunbeds ( some uncomfortable) and a nice pool bar and cafe. All of the communal areas were very luxurious and clean.
There may as well not have been any windows for the noise they let in. But staying in another luxury hotel now in a different town which also has the same problem.
The beach and beach clubs were lovely but the hotel is a little way away from the main Berra mar area. Taxis or Uber only cost about Rs 30 to 40 so we went backwards and forwards each evening which was easy. Also a lovely beach but very difficult to swim in sea because of the waves and currents. Therefore swimming pool was appreciated
