The had had good parking and location.

The location and view, the attmept of hte staff to make things right.
The hotel is old and not in its best shape. We had rented one of their top suits, the walls are with staints, Furnitures and doors show signs of heavy usage. Windows seam to break with the attampt to open.

The staff were very nice
The room was dated, badly looked after and really dirty. For the price paid I was mortified! Luckily it was just a pit stop whilst I waited to go to the airport for a 4am flight. There was a kitchenette with zero glassware, crockery or cutlery, so if you wanted to prepare anything or even have a glass of water, there was nothing. But most of all it was filthy. Hair everywhere, stained sofa, sticky floor. And the balcony and sea view I paid for was awful and obscured by prison like fencing. Very disappointed

The breakfast and the staff serving it were superb!!
Great variety and quality, very good coffee, choice of cold cuts, cheese, omelette, tapioca, fruit, juices.
Really really good.
Victor our waiter was really sweet.
The hotel is well placed within walking distance from many amenities.
There's a police precint right on front which makes you feel safe as well.
Rooms were roomy, a little bit dated but spacious and comfortable.
There's also a very handy free underground carpark
The windows were single glazed and thus the noise from downstairs was audible, nothing major but could bother some people

Bad internet, curtains didn't close enough to avoid the sun to wake me at 6AM, cockroaches in the room, dirty pool, elevator access failing

The room was quite big and comfortable, the partial ocean view was much better than it sounds (quite frontal actually), excellent natural light, great location, good breakfast.
The room looks and feels older than in the pictures, which makes for an initial disappointment, at least for me. The balcony’s lock did not work properly, which I think is not really a security issue at a 16th flor, but still one would expect it to. Only 2 elevators for a building of the size of this hotel turns into having to wait for a few minutes sometimes.

Location and staff are great
Although the lounge had a great visual, the room was completely misaligned with my expectations. It didn’t match with the pictures used in the ad, seems very old and needs to be updated. Bed was not comfortable. Bad experience with this hotel

The hotel was in a very safe location excellent for families for a single person something closer to the action would B better but this a nice trade off for safety, value and price.The staff especially front desk so helpful, since I don't speak Portugues
