Staff hospitality very bad and no help with change rooms, very bad haulway entrance with broken tiles on bathroom. Also I left the hotel on the third of January because I couldn’t be there anymore

Location of the hotel.
everything was bad, the way I was treated by the employees, the smell of the hotel entrance, the bedroom, the pool, and the quality of the breakfast were both unsatisfactory.

The room and the breakfast were great. The staff was among nice, they let us keep a room even after our check-out so that it would be easier for us to shower and to get ready after our day at the beach.
The only reason we didn’t give a 10 was because the fire alarm started running at 6am for no apparent reason and we got very scared. They said that it can often happen.
Also, wifi not great.

Paulo the receptionist was amazing I was coming from another hotel where the shower wasn’t working and they refuse to fix or change my room and he was the most lovely person to see after such a big stress.
he could see I was stressed and upset about the situation and was very welcoming.
view was pretty and they left a chocolate on our bed.
