We liked the location and our balcony had the ocean view. The breakfast has good options and the rooms are clean. The live music by the pool was nice. They have a small gym.
The room and the bathroom was very basic even though we booked "The luxury room". The AC didn't have a remote, onlycould control through wall. After shower each time the whole room would get so humid and muggy that the mirror in the room would fog. It takes forever for water to get warm. Staff is not rude at all, but not as friendly, either.

Prime location in Praia do Futuro. The convenience of accessing the Crocobeach complex and paying for expenses directly at the hotel is a great bonus. Recommended.

The room itself was very comfortable, check in process very long for no reasons. Breakfast room busy during operations, quite a good variety of food.
Crocobeach club is definetly not an asset for the property it’s cheap and not good service.
They don’t even offer laundry in house, they sent it outside so outsourced and it was bloody expensive almost 1000 reals! On top they lost my customised laundry bag and didn’t offer any discount or even a sorry! Last but not least, chocolate candy offer expired 3 months ago! And top corners / rail of shower extremely dirty.

Nice location and quiet street. Very big room with huge balcony.
Aircon was not cooling at all, just working as fan. Since in the room were no blanket available probably the temperature was ok, but not for me.

The staff at were very helpful and kind.
• The rooms were well-organized.
• Breakfast was enjoyable, and the dinners offered in the hotel were decent with reasonable pricing.
The pool was too cold and had limited sunlight and access, not matching the promising photos.
• The hotel layout restricted freedom, with only one passage for movement.
• Despite an upgrade, the bed was uncomfortable with short sheets and an unpleasant mattress protector.
• The hotel’s advice against walking outside alone after 6 p.m. created a sense of insecurity and felt like it encouraged guests to stay in and order food from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and I got more or less what I expected when booking the accomodation. It was not particularly pretty but it offered the basics.
The hotel didn't warn me and my family that the left side of the beach (Praia do Futuro) is close to a favela and therefore dangerous to walk on the beach. My father and my husband were walking on the beach (towards the left) and they were robbed by two men with big knifes. My father lost his wedding ring (the only valuable he had on him) and my husband, who is not Brazilian and was visiting the country for the first time, got a really bad impression. Later we found out that it is common knowledge between the locals that you shouldn't walk to the left side of that beach. The hotel should tell their guests at check in. They usually steal wearing rings, as it might be the only valuable item you would be wearing at the beach. Apart from that, the hotel wouldn't suggest any restaurants in the area, because they wanted you to eat at the hotel, which never catered for any dietary requirements, such as vegans, vegetarian, etc. This was really annoying. Any hotel should recommend a few good restaurants in town. They just gave excuses, saying that there were no restaurants nearby, or it would take long to arrive (we could easily uber anywhere). Also, their beach kilo restaurant overcharges the weight. My father tested it by weighing a 500ml bottle of water and it was weighing more, which means you pay for more than you eat. Also the beach has always a seller (ambulante), you can't even have a conversation without being interrupted every 15 seconds. I've never seen anything like it. Breakfast was good for a regular diet, but they could make an effort to add vegan and gluten free options, and include allergen signs. As a vegan, I only ate fruits, bread with olive oil, and I had to ask for a tapioca with some tomates and cucumber, which they accomodated, but was very plain (little filling). Some rooms are a bit noisy as you can hear the wind (for example the room my parents stayed). Mine was fine.

The hotel is located in the best city beach in Fortaleza and a short car ride from the city center (15 min). The hotel has a beach bar around 200mts from it that is amazing and the guests can use it for free. The workers are amazing, always trying to help you and make your stay even better! the hotel is very good in terms of ammenities and the toilet is amazing. Breakfast has everything as well as the restaurant that I totally recommend!
the hotel infrastructure needs a little bit come care, some renovations like paiting the walls would make a bit difference (nothing that affects your stay)
