The hotel is located in the best city beach in Fortaleza and a short car ride from the city center (15 min). The hotel has a beach bar around 200mts from it that is amazing and the guests can use it for free. The workers are amazing, always trying to help you and make your stay even better! the hotel is very good in terms of ammenities and the toilet is amazing. Breakfast has everything as well as the restaurant that I totally recommend!
the hotel infrastructure needs a little bit come care, some renovations like paiting the walls would make a bit difference (nothing that affects your stay)

Definitely get a room with a beach view. Right across the gorgeous Praia do Futuro, especially its nice parts where you want to hang out anyways. Interestingly enough their barraca (basically a giant area covered with beach huts where they serve foods and drinks) is a bit further away on the beach, but definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the champagne was a nice extra touch.
Never figured out what discounts we have in their barraca, i.e. for the drinks or the beach chairs - the staff barely explained that.

the big bedroom space, the super delicious food, and the kind staffs
the internet, the swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaning hours are too late-we woke up early and already wanted to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi before we needed to leave to do other things

The reception! when i log in the promised uppgrade to good Viev the next day the other man told me not possible we have rent out to other costumer?
I talk to the reception to check out to 2 hours later the day before! It was ok they told me!
The next day they come to me at the pool that I
must check out 12.00?
I dont now if they not understand english and they just say yes or they just want more money?
They need to have one who speak better english anyway! and you need to fixing the gym! Very old and broken!

it is really close to the beach and there is a restaurant inside
there was a pipe leaking in the sink and i had to put several towels to keep the bathroom from getting all wet. Also, I took my 9-month-old daughter to the restaurant and asked for her. There was something in it that hurt her legs and the waiter didnt say anything before. I was really disappointed and will never come back again
