The high the location
It was full of cocoroch and didn't have tools for cooking the ac was licking and almost bit working and the one in the living room it working and we were 3 so we have to sleep together in the room. Was a disaster the toilet was stuck the sink stuck and the drenaje of water stuck. The woman didn't reply. Not good

The room was nice and spacious with a great view of the city and the beach.
There was not much options for breakfast because of my food preference (I don't eat cow, pork). It would have been nice if the staff was trained to speak English because Fortaleza is a popular tourist place. It would be great to have the dishes name (and ingredients) in English. There needs to be a back up for when there is no power. I had to walk 19 floors down with my luggage (the staff helped me with my big suitcases).

The Location.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed, so many things wrong with it, just to name a few, room card never worked we had to keep going back to reception, elevator would not stop at our floor, we have to go up or down by stairs and it was pitch black, room stank, sheets smelled like BO, the shower full of mold, breakfast was until 10, we arrived between 9-9:15, cold coffee cold eggs, we let them know and they would say it was late, 9am. the lost goes on. It was 4 days of disappointment, do yourself a favor go elsewhere. and we usually don't complain about miner things, however this hotel, was the worst.

The place is too calm, the pool is perfect to stay during the day and at night. I loved the fact of being so close to Beira Mar Sidewalk. The breakfast was delicious, and I felt so comfortable there.
I felt scary when during the night someone tried to open the door, but I think was a mistake from the staff. After this, I slept like an angel.
