Amazing! It was my favorite time in Brazil. Staff was soooo nice, I don't remember the names which is my bad. but they were very kind, willing to help, very clear and nice.

No parking at the property next best thing few miles away! Lights did not work at first! Extremely Loud Music across the street back to back two day! 1st floor room right on the noise and no ocean view due to the stage built across the street just a terrible view! Clogged Shower drain floor flooded bathroom! Poor quality Breakfast needs improvement!

The reception desk staff were superb in every way. Quite the best I have encountered in a very long time

Location and view were great.
We checked around 7:30pm for a one night getaway. At check in I requested some ice and they couldn’t provide it since the restaurant was closed. Before 8pm? And what hotel doesn’t have ice. Then at the room the view was great but other that nothing made sense. Curtains and blackouts were broken and not wide enough. At 5am the whole room was lighted up and very hot. The outlets were literally on the bed with the bedside lamp cord going under my pillow. The cleaning was just ok. Breakfast was meh.

The window of my room couldn’t be opened. My room is double room and they gave me the triple room (I don’t like so many beds covering the space in my room). And I did not have a table-bed. I claimed it to the reception. They asked me to wait. Then when I came back they took out one bed from my room but the window still couldn’t be opened. Then they asked me change the room. And in the new room I still didn’t have any table for the bed (mesa de cabeceira)! Could you imagine a 4-stars hotel with these problems?
