I really liked this hotel! The placement is perfect. You are literally steps away from the beach promenade and a handful of restaurants and a small market to grab what you need. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! The cleaning ladies are friendly and the wifi worked perfectly. If anyone writes any sort of negative review about this place, they are crazy. For the price point and location, this is a great place to stay.
ANYONE who gave this hotel negative marks for anything is crazy. Who are you people and what do you want for a hotel that is great for this price range and location??? Y'all are way too anal retentive or snobby to be travelling anywhere.

Convenient location, decent breakfast, room was comfortable enough.
It's the first time that a hotel has refused to store my baggage, even though the announcement says that they include this service. This completely ruined my experience. I arrived early and intended to use the time doing some sightseeing before check-in, but then I got that unexpected (and stupid) reply. What's the point then of having a convenient location if they simply deny other services that allow the customer to actually enjoy that location?

Breakfast, location, and staff were very helpful to my stay in Fortaleza. I loved their typical foods breakfast and central location.
The rooms weren't decorated.

The location is very good. Close to the bars and the beach.
I made the reservation one night before leaving the city to have a comfortable final night. The recepcionist was very confused and not friendly at all, and it took a long time for him to find the reservation. Then he said the system is down and he can't see the empty rooms. Check in took a long time and then he gave us a room very close to the recepcion. We could hear every single noise, from phone calls to the conversations. The worst part was at the morning. We woke up at 5 am, by the noise of breakfast preparation and conversations, people coming and going. It was like we were sleeping at the reception ! Terrible experience.
