The staff were very helpful, especially Carine, who went above and beyond. She provided me with useful information and ensured that the flat was impeccably organized and clean. A nice surprise is that they don't charge extra for energy, which some of the past reviews had mentioned as an issue. They even allowed me to check-in a few minutes early, despite booking the place less than 30 minutes before my arrival. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants all within walking distance. I had a very pleasant stay!
The internet connection really needs to be upgraded. It was often slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected, especially when I needed to work.

The location. The two employees where very kind
They stay at Aldenora started terrible after I booked the room I got a message on Portuguese that I'll have to pay the electricity bill for the stay which weren't that problem but would be nice to know before staying. When I arrived the owner wasn't speaking any word of English and also was not interested to use a translater or so. The room had no windows byside of this uncomfortable situation I also had to run the AC all of the time which also increased the electricity bill. On the second day I almost got a electric shock bc the AC was tripping water on the socket after confronting the owner and ask her to do something she wasn't ready to give me a other room or something else. I ask her what would she do when I would hurt myself and she just responded that they have insurance for that which made me very upset.
