Poor
location was superb.
Very old house, poor kitchen, bathrooms too small, kitchen incomplete, no dishwasher although the website was saying complete kitchen. Cockroaches in the house, bugs bite the kids. House in need of pest control urgent. I can understand pernilongos because property is near the beach but cockroaches are unacceptable. Overpriced house. The problems were reported on the check in day but the management addressed the issue only when I sent them a video and a picture of the cockroaches on the kitchen countertop. Also, very tiny little worms on the bedsheets when I first checked into the room. The management in their defense said I was the first guest complaining about the house. The house pictures shows a very nice house on the contrary of the reality.
Very disappointed with the whole situation. I came with my family from the USA and choose Jurerê expecting higher standards for a $14.000,00 stay. If a recommend the place? yes, but not house 617.
Plus, minimum stay of 8 nights and NO washer or dryer in the house.
Never again!!!!

location was beautiful and premises were nice
for it being called a “luxury stay,” and the astronomical price we paid, I expected to have luxury amenities. no washer, no dryer, no full service housekeeping, they would charge to wash dishes, there was a charge for coffee, bed mattresses were of the worse quality. super hard mattresses and flimsy pillows. fans did not work, AC downstairs broken, no one would come and take the trash out daily, no bathtub, no beach towels, and no breakfast included.

Wonderful
The breakfast was very good. The staff even asked us every day whether we wanted to order. The location was above expectations. Not only was the view magnificent, the nearby restaurants were always open, unlike those in the centre of the city.
Breakfast was not served "automatically", that is you have to find out whether it would be served. Similarly, cleaning services had to be asked for in advance.
