Great economical hotel in the center of Lagoa de Conceiçao, with easy access to multiple beaches (Mole, Gravatá, Joaquina) and many restaurants. It’s not fancy at all, but it’s very clean and well taken care of, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and good vibe. The breakfast is outstanding. (I saw many comments that there is little variety and that’s not true at all. It’s classic Brazilian hotel breakfast and has everything you could possibly want - and the scrambled eggs are so good!)

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The location is excellent - within walking distance of lots of restaurants, located right at the lake. Praia mole is close by - walkable but uphill, easily accessible by car.
The rooms could do with a little upgrading, but they were clean and for the price they were good.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is very good, 2 min walk from the Lake, about 30 min from praia da Joaquina ou Mole.
The room gets noisy from traffic early in the morning as it's close to the road and to the busy new avenue beside Rendeiras Avenue.
The shower has very little water flow, which makes it less enjoyable and relaxing. Additionally, water tends to accumulate, forming a pool in the enclosure, which is unhygienic."
