Everything was perfect ! The apartment is super nice to spend a few days of vacation, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very kind. It is very well located. Completely consistent with the announcement.
Too bad it's not possible to cook meat or other things with a pan.

Beautiful property located both a 15 min walk from Mole Beach and has access to the lake, perfect for sunsets! The family were wonderful and so helpful with any questions we had. Oh and they make the best pizzas we have had so far in Brazil!

The view is always there!! Rustic 1 bedroom apartment in the family property- a short uphill walk to Mole Beach. We really liked the fact the bedroom and living room were separate which feels like one has more space. Marcelo and Irene are wonderful people and part of local families who have settled here for generations. They run a pizza delivery business which came handy after a long day on the beach and hikes in the trails.

The room was spacious, cool, clean and well equipped. Marcelo is a lovely guy, super ‘gay friendly’, and only too happy to help. The property was very safe and within a 15 minute walk to the legendary Bar Deca on Mole beach, and a further 10 to the wonderful Galheta beach. There are also a handful of good restaurants and a small supermarket / bakery within walking distance. I was working during the day, so this was perfect for me not to lose my evenings stuck in traffic, and the internet was good enough for me to make video calls and work effectively. All with the most stunning view of the lagoa.
The property is situated on the main road down the east side of the island and is on a steep hill. This means that cars tend to take a bit of a run up at it, and heavy vehicles struggle up slowly. All that does make for a bit of road noise and it’s not the most relaxing road to walk along. But it didn’t stop me sleeping and the convenience of the location and the view made up for it.
