1. Heated bathtub works excellent. They also offered bath bubbles for 5 BRL and receptionist brought it to the room.
2. Good breakfast. It was brought in nice basket to our room and left outside the entrance door. Fresh bread, cheese, hot milk and powdered coffee, jogurt and changing fruits throughout the stay.
3. Nice heated pool at the patio.
4. Proximity to the beach, dunes and hiking trail.
1. We stayed for 6 nights, but the cleaning and towels were changed only once, after 3 nights.
2. Wifi did not work in the room for the whole stay. Receptionist recommended to switch off/on the smartphone, but this did not help. Then they rebooted the main modem, which did not resolve the issue either. We could only use it in the common area near the pool.
3. The shower was cold. Considering that we arrived in shoulder season and temperature was still cold, it was quite a big downside.

Good
Location was great. Even though it is located in Praia dos Ingleses (a beach I dont particularly like), it is 5 minutes walking to Praia do Santinho.
Due to overbooking, I was reallocated in the container room (upgrade)
The container room is like a master suite. Considering that, I missed a lamp to make the environment more cozy and a better shelf in the bathroom.
I tried to extend my stay but was fully booked. Since the next guest would only be allowed after 2PM, I asked the staff to allow me to stay up to noon so I could search for another place to stay. He said was not possible since there is a 600 reais fine (that is about 5 times the night price). I had to rush to pack up to 11 AM and leave.
