The property is amazing. Everything is clean and nice
You can hear guests on the other rooms and in common areas. The staff only speaks Portuguese and they don’t make an effort to speak slowly or some words in other languages. They have two jacuzzis but only one was working and it was fully booked.

Breakfast was good as well as location. It was away from downtown but close to the beach which is what I was looking for.
We had to go through dunes to get to the beach. But on the second day we found there is another way to get to the beach.

Very nice staff, facilities, the property is well taken care of, and it’s very well located close to the beach and some restaurants.
The only thing I could complain about is the acoustics of the breakfast hall. The strong reverb makes it very loud, but it could surely be broken with the addition of some dampening decorative elements.

Nice area in Campeche, staff very nice and welcoming at the best of their power, good beds and showers
Descriptions in Booking are very deceiving in other languages, so when we chose what seemed to be "the best room" in the hotel (most expensive anyways) called loft, with the description that it should have a balcony, we were really excited about it. Instead, when we got there, we were very let down to find out that a) balcony in the original Portuguese word was just a terrace at the entrance, because we were in the ground floor (which was also not mentioned on the English translation). b) room had barely no light, apart from the one that came out from the glass door, from which people passing by could see literally everything inside your room if you wanted to be able to see anything without having to turn the lights on in the middle of the day. The bed itself was kinda cornered in a blind spot. So weird! also there was no decoration, no bed side lamps, just... weird. I would call it "Ground floor kitchenette", to avoid any mistakes in understanding in the future. I mean, the room was not horrible if you knew what you were going to get. Then they were trying their best to help us, since I am claustrophobic and the first assigned room was really hard for me to stand, and the best that could have been done was unfortunately to change us 3 times in 4 days around the resort. Needless to say it was impossible to really rest in such a situation. Also very upsetting to see that rooms that were cheaper than our were waaaaay better, had a tiny bit more of decoration, better furniture and event (!) bedside lamps. Another point that I found could be a bit better: they praise themselves for their breakfast. It is truly not bad, if you like fruits and cakes (many fruit options neatly displayed and 3 kinds of orange juices and 3 types of cakes and 4 types of cookies and pastries). I am predisposed to have diabetes, do not like fruits and I am allergic to oranges, so... the other options left for me were not very light ones.

Room and bathroom are in perfect conditions, brand new. The service is excellent, the hotel offers beach chairs and sun shades everyday which is a saving. Nespresso machine in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet.
There are not many restaurant options around, only 2 or 3.

Close to the beach, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful sights, child friendly (grassy areas, playground and tight rope). Worth coming back. As it was only for one night we didn´t try the pool.

Great experience! Location, facilities, staff, environment - just perfect. Greeting a day in hammock while listening to the birds is a perfect beginning of a day! Direct access to the beach - amazing! Breakfast full of everything, with variety of fruits and freshly pressed juices, cold cuts, warm bread, cookies and nice ladies preparing eggs or tapioca pancake per your wish..
Then during a day you are given towels, beach seats or umbrella to take with you to the beach. The beach is wide, never too crowded (December), Then for the end of the day we booked our one hour in hot prepared for us jacuzzi, with champagne..
Sparkling clean everywhere. Swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaned every morning.
Good communication with staff that is always willing to help and to make your stay fully enjoyed.
Very quiet place to enjoy with family.
Beds very comfortable.
Place to recommend 100% and to come back for sure!
We were 4 people staying in tripple room so the forth bed was the extension of the single bed (mattress on the floor) which was not what my 10 y.o. son liked the most. But for three ppl this would be just perfect.
Minor recommendation is the improvement of accessibility to main entrance of hotel. It's always conserje that opens the gate/ main door but sometimes he's not around and we had to wait for few minutes (not a big deal though but I believe this can be easy solved).

It's impeccably clean/modern and is located directly on the dunes leading to the beach! Staff was all very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy options (fresh fruits, granola, fresh juice etc) and more filling options like cakes. They also make eggs or tapioca on the spot for you! Also, I particularly appreciate that the cleaning service is available only upon request because frankly it's not necessary to clean the rooms and change the towels every day. It's much more environmentally friendly with the request-based system. It's easy to request it via Whatsapp or at the reception. No hassle at all!
