The cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job. There is an exercise room that was always empty. I liked that!
Location is not great. Breakfast is boring, always the same and not very tasty. The restaurant is blah.

The building was far away from facilities. Instead of walking around (there were no places nearby), I preferred to go earlier to the airport.

Disappointing
i was there for only 1 night. I am not sure i have anything to call as something I did liked. Maybe Staff. I did not have breakfast or the restaurant for dinner so I dont know.
The location is disappointing. There is nothing at a walking distance from it and I am not sure I would feel safe to walk around anyway. Bed is not comfortable and noise level overnight was elevated.

The room was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It has a great view of the harbor. Breakfast was excellent variety and quality.
There was no pool. They have a day use agreement to use the pool of a different hotel but it is 30 km away. The location has lovely views, but it is not very walkable.

Good location. I walked to the mercado publico quickly. Short drive from the airport. Nice views from room. In a bit of need for some touchups in the room but not bad. Comfy bed. Staff was great! I will probably stay there again on my trip back from Brasil.
