Bida was fantastic from start to finish! We really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel so welcome! They couldn’t have done any more for us! We will definitely come back again if we travel to Florianopolis
The air con just didn’t work well. Blew quite hot hair. Otherwise, that was it! Really great stay!

The place is very cosy and Paty was very helpful :)
We were charged Rs6 per laundry item including boxers and socks which is extortionate. Paty did mention the price per item before I gave her the clothes and I mentioned I had plenty of small item thinking she would not count them as full pieces. Anyways, ended up paying $40 for a single loads of laundry which I found to be very expensive.

Location is very close to everything, shops, beach, pharmacy. The room was very pretty, great shower, small fridge in the room. Rosanna, the lady working there was very welcoming & friendly and accommodating! She offered us a coffee and apple crumble when we returned from the beach in the afternoon. She also told us that they have beach chairs that we can use for free. There is also a beautiful cat Mimi that compliments the outdoor space-which we loved.
Cleaning can be improved, we found empty bottles in the fridge, hair in the fridge and cupboards, towels didn’t smell fresh (we asked them to be changed and they did). They left the windows open so we had mosquitoes in the room. There were no instructions on how to use the ‘on demand service’ for the TV, no other antenna connected to the tv.
You can’t pick your breakfast, you sit and they serve you coffee, fruit, eggs, cheese and bread. You need to ask for extras if you need. Only one person served during our stay so if there are more tables to be served the waiting time can be quite long.
